| Abstract: | The law of the Tang dynasty is the model of ancient law in China. Marriage and family law as one of its contents is also a model to be followed. Its guiding thought of legislation and its content not only have the era characteristics, but also affect deeply the descendants. It also provides a historical experience for the marriage legislation of our country at present. |
