| Abstract: | The personal income distribution order can not only influence the labor efficiency, but also the efficiency of the distribution of labor factor, so it will also have effect on the development of economics and society. Through analyzing the present conditions and cause of personal income distribution order in China, this essay states that the way and the thought of how to establish reasonable personal income distribution order in China. |
