| 摘 要： | 转向处理是西方国家少年司法制度中对犯罪少年进行处置的一项制度,其遵循的原则是不把少年放在司法系统处置的原则。我们应该结合我国少年司法制度的现状,引进转向处理制度。

| Abstract: | Redirection is a judicial system by which juvenile delinquency is handled in western countries. Its principle is that juvenile offender shall not be punished in accordance with the judicial system. Given the current juvenile judicial system applicable in China, it is necessary to introduce redirection into our legal system. |
