| 摘 要： | 中外大学的数学教育有着不同的体系和历史背景，比较并了解它们，会对中国大学数学教育具有借鉴和改进的积极意义。根据有关参考文献和书籍，综述了中外大学数学教育的各自发展历程和自身特点以及不同的体系，主要选取具有代表性的俄罗斯、美国、中国的数学教育，介绍它们的异同，最后从数学史、数学脉络和数学思想三个方面，对中国大学数学教育提出建议。
