The paper discuss the reason of the rising and progress of Chinese modern national industry enterprise in science and technology. It thinks this kind of rising and progresses is finished under the push of two kinds of strengths. One kind of strength started in the 1920s,the management principle of Chinese modern national industry enterprise,no matter in the structure form,producing equipments,producing technique and human source management all started to take"chooseexcellent"and innovation as the final principle.The activities of some enterprises are the embodiment of the bear type entrepreneur spirit.The other kind of strength started from the end of the 1920s,especially in the 1930s,the pressure of the national economy stagnant also pushed the rising and progress of Chinese modern national industrial enterprise in science and technology.
