关于我国高校自主权若干法律问题的探讨

在我国,高校由于实施自主权而导致的高校与学生之间的法律纠纷越来越多.究其原因,主要在于对高校自主权行使中的一些基本问题认识不清.本文尝试分析了我国高等学校的法律地位,从公立高校和民办高校等不同层面对高校自主权进行分析,并对如何规制高校行使自主权提出自己的见解,以期对高校自主权的研究有所裨益.

Study into Basic Legal Problems on University's Autonomy

In our country,more and more legal disputes between universities and students are brought on when universities are carrying out their autonomy,and the most important reason is that the university's autonomy scope is not defined clearly.This article tries to analyze the legal status and localization of the autonomy in public universities and private-run universities,levelly analyze universities' autonomy and how to rule or regulate it,all what is for having tablet profit by the time to the university's autonomy research.
