| 摘 要： | 人的素质是人的属性、特性、本质在现实的人身上的具体实现。先天生理条件是人的素质的自然物质基础 ,但作为人的素养和品质主要是后天教育和训练的结果。人的社会关系、社会实践是多层次、多方面的 ,因而人的素质也是由自然、社会、职业等多层次 ,德、智、体、美、情感、实践等多方面要素所构成的系统。创新意识和创造能力是人的综合素质的集中表现

| Abstract: | Human quality refers to the manifestation of human property, human character and human essence in real man. Man's inborn physiology is the material nature of human quality which, being human accomplishment and quality, is the result of postnatal education and training. Since man's social relation and practice are multi-dimensioned, human quality also appears as a system of various dimensions: virtue, intelligence, physical condition, aesthetic ability, etc. Man's innovative consciousness and creative ability are the two major indicatives of human quality. |
