| 摘 要： | 建国以来,陕北人口持续快速增长,并且变动幅度较大。计划生育政策的推行,使人口数量得到有效控制,人口素质明显提高,人口再生产类型实现了历史性转变。但是,陕北未来人口形势并不乐观,人口素质的总体水平仍较低,出生性别比极度失衡,老龄化问题也特别突出。

| Abstract: | Since the founding of the nation,the North Shaanxi population has continued to grow fast and the change scope is big.The pursuit of the birth-contrd policy,enable the population quantity to be under the active control,enable the human quality to enhance obviously,which make the reproduction type of population realize the historical transformation.But in future,the population'situation of North Shaanxi will not be optimistic,human quality aggregate level still low,birth-sex compared to extreme unbalance,and the question of old people will be also prominent. |
