| 摘 要： | 浙江省温州、台州两市的社会力量办学在全国处于领先地位。其主要经验是什么？尚存在什么问题？要进一步发展社会力量办学，还需要哪些政策措施？在教育再次迎来大发展的机遇和新世纪即将到来之际，这是很值得认真总结和研讨的。本文在深入实际调查研究的基础上，对上述几方面的问题进行了分析和讨论。
