基于胜任素质模型的培训系统构建

摘    要:在回顾将胜任素质模型应用于培训活动相关研究成果的基础上,构建了基于胜任素质模型的培训系统.然后,描述了基于胜任素质模型的培训需求分析、培训计划设计以及培训效果评估的过程.最后,从与人力资源管理体系其他模块互动作用的角度对该培训系统进行了应用研究的探讨.

Abstract:How to construct a training system using the competency model was studied,after relevant literature was reviewed.The processes of analyzing demand of training,design of plan of training and evaluation of performance of training were described based on competency model.The application of the training system was discussed from the point of interaction between training and other functions of HRM system.
