| 摘 要： | 在社会转型、经济转轨的新时期，健康的道德人格对高职学生顺利融入社会具有十分重要的意义。高职学生道德人格基本构成要素应包括：具有远大的理想和奋斗目标，积极乐观的生活态度，热爱祖国、奉献社会，健康的竞争与协作意识，公正、公平和民主法制意识，开拓创新精神，独立自主、自尊自爱自强的品质，健康高雅的审美情趣，知行合一、脚踏实地的求实精神。生态文明和环境道德理念等。
