| 摘 要： | 我国高新区的发展 ,在新一轮的机遇和挑战面前 ,迫切需要专业的、新型的战略发展研究院作基础。文章从经济全球化、高新区的进一步发展、WTO与战略研究的新机制等方面论述了建立新型战略发展研究院的必要性 ,对武汉东湖高新区战略发展研究院的实践进行了总结 ,提出了高新区新型的战略研究院的管理体制、组织形式和运行机制的基本构想。

| Abstract: | Our country's hi-tech zone's development needs new-type professional strategic research institute in order to meet a new round of opportunity and challenge. This paper discusses the inevitability of establishing new-type strategic research institute in a three-dimensional perspectives of economic globality,hi-tech zone's development,WTO and the new system of strategic research in China,sums up the practice of Wuhan East Lake Strategic Research Institute of Hi-tech Development Zone, puts forward the basic advice for the management system,organization form and function system of new type strategic research institute. |
