卸荷回路中阻尼孔对溢流阀动态特性的影响

摘    要:针对某板料折弯机卸荷回路中阻尼孔直径选取不当时,溢流阀发出噪声的现象进行研究。根据该板料折弯机卸 荷回路的原理,建立了卸荷回路数学模型,在此基础上采用AMESim软件建立了卸荷回路的AMESim仿真模型。通过 AMEsim仿真得到了阻尼孔对溢流阀动态特性的影响,得出卸荷回路阻尼孔最佳选择范围为1.0-1.2 mru,此研究为卸 荷回路的设计提供了一定参考。

Abstract:Based on principle of unloading loop of a plate bending machine.the mathematical model was established. Then its AMESim simulation model was achieved. Diameter of orifice on the dynamic characteristics of relief valve was analyzed, the best orifice diameter of unloading circuit was l. 0 - 1. 2 mm.this research provids a certain reference for unloading loop design.
