| 摘 要： | 教育的根本问题是培养人。教育活动从根本上来说是维护儿童合法权利的社会活动。正确的教育活动会给儿童的权利得以正确的保护 ;错误的教育活动将使儿童的合法权利受到侵犯、剥夺。未来的教育一定要确立新的教育理念 ,从教育的各个方面进行改革 ,使教育更好地为保护儿童的权利充分发挥作用

| Abstract: | The essential issue of education is to foster people. Educational activities are fundamentally social activities to protect the legitimate rights of children. Correct educational activities can give protection to children's rights; incorrect educational activities may cause encroachment on and deprivation of children's legitimate rights. The future education should be infused with new ideas of education and reformed in all aspects so that it will play an even better role in protecting children's rights. |
