宋代闽粤赣边的城防、食盐走私与地方社会

通过闽粤赣边城墙的修筑情况及基层武力数据统计分析,发现两宋时期国家政策在闽粤赣三路之间所出现的倾斜性,即在政策的选择上更倾向于闽、赣二路,体现出不同的统治理念,从而影响着地方社会的发展格局。北宋时期一度活跃于闽粤赣三边的食盐走私活动,在南宋时期变得更频繁更有组织性,成为引发地方动乱的最大因素,在产盐区、乏盐区及过渡区之间食盐的流通路线上,盐寇与土豪等地方势力、地方执法人员以及地方居民之间形成了复杂的交际网络,成为官府实施缉捕的最大障碍。

City Defense,Illicit Salt and Local Society in Min,Yue and Gan in Song Dynasty

This paper analyzes the construction of the city walls and the basic military forces in Min 闽,Yue 粤 and Gan 赣.It discovers that the national policy tended towards Min and Yue,reflecting different government notions,thus influencing the development configuration of local society.Salt smuggling which used to be prevalent in the above three places in North Song Dynasty became all the more frequent and better organized in South Song Dynasty,which was the primary reason for local turmoil.Salt bandits and local powers,local tipstaff and local residents,formulated complicated communication network in the circulation tracks uniting salt producing areas,salt inadequate areas and areas in between,constituting the major obstacle to the official capture execution.
