建国以来知识分子政策及政策调整研究述评

十一届三中全会以来学术界对党的知识分子政策及其调整的研究,主要集中在关于党的知识分子政策的历史发展阶段研究;关于知识分子政策调整的历史过程及利弊得失研究;关于知识分子政策调整曲折发展原因研究;关于知识分子政策调整历史经验研究;关于知识分子政策科学体系研究;关于新世纪新阶段知识分子政策发展研究等七个方面。研究呈现出视角愈加宽广,选题愈加精细具体的新特点。其不足之处是对党在各个时期贯彻落实知识分子政策的状况及成效的研究较少,"文革"时期知识分子政策及其严重教训研究比较薄弱。在研究方法上,政策阐释性色彩浓厚,理论与方法单一,创新性不足。

Commentary of Research about Intellectuals' Policy and Its Adjustment in New China

Since the Third Plenary of the Eleventh Central Committee,the academic research about the Party's policy and it's adjustment concerning intellectuals focuses on seven aspects.The first is historical stages of the Party's policy;The second is historical process of the adjustment and it's advantages or disadvantages;The third is causes of the twists and turns about adjustment;The forth is historical experience of the adjustment;The sixth is scientific system of the policy and the seventh is development of the policy at the new stage in new century.Above all,we can conclude that there are some new characteristics in the research,the wider perspective and the finer subject.Meanwhile,there are some disadvantages in the search,the implementation of the policy is very limited,and the policy in "Cultural Revolution" period is very weak.In addition,it is necessary to innovate the research method,because it is full of political flavor,and the method is simple.
