| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年是我们党在改革开放的伟大进程中解放思想、实事求是、深化改革、推进文化创新、促进社会主义文化的大发展大繁荣时期。本文拟基于历史分析、逻辑分析的视角,结合首都社会主义文化建设的实际,科学总结改革开放以来中国特色社会主义文化发展走过的辉煌历程,准确把握中国特色社会主义文化发展的客观规律,积极探索全球化条件下发挥中国特色社会主义文化的先进性功能的有效路径,以期为开辟中国特色社会主义文化发展的新局面做出有益的贡献。
