浅议行政执法中的诚信建设问题--从药品监督谈起

古语云:无信不治、无信不立。诚信是行政执法的基石。药品,作为关乎人民生命健康的特殊商品,对其进行合理有效的监管非常重要,而这就需要大力推进药监部门的自我诚信建设、督促其做到“诚信执法”。文章在对目前存在于药品监督管理过程中的诚信问题进行分析的基础上,就如何加强药监诚信建设提出了若干建议。

Construction of Honesty in the Administration and Law Enforcement about Drug Supervision and Administration

It is of great importance to the rational and effective drug supervision and administration,since drug is such a special commodity closely related with the health of people.Drug administration department should pay more attention to the construction of honesty in order to supervise its administration quality and promote its administration ability.This paper proposes several suggestions about how to strengthen the construction of honesty in drug supervision and administration on the basis of analyzing the honesty problems existing.
