| 摘 要： | 企业体制建设和机制建设,是企业管理中永远的课题、难点和热点。着眼于管理运作的结构特征,融合企业管理伦理的现代要求,从设计更深刻的基本原则出发,构建体制和机制的要素系统,从而为企业体制建设与机制建设的理论研究和实践运作,提供了框架模型。

| Abstract: | The construction of the system and mechanism of enterprises is the ever-existing problem,difficulty and focus of management.This essay looks at the structural characteristics of management from a new point of view.In view of the new requirements of managerial ethics,this essay starts from the desinging of basic principles to con- struct the key factors of system and mechanism,hence providing a structural model for the theoretical study and practical management of the construction of the system and mechanism of enterprises. |
