| 摘 要： | "三全育人"理念下,高校辅导员持续落实和推进学风建设责无旁贷.基于高校辅导员的职责定位与"三全育人"的关系,文章分析了影响大学新生良好学风形成的主要因素,提出"三全育人"理念下辅导员对大学新生学风建设的相关思考,以期为高校辅导员贯彻落实"三全育人"理念提供一定借鉴.
