| 摘 要： | 旅游业发展的竞争,关键是人才的竞争,导游员素质的高低直接影响服务质量。目前,我国导游员队伍整体素质较低,严重影响着中国旅游业的发展。本人从分析导游员队伍的现状及产生的原因入手,提出了如何加强导游员队伍建设的具体措施。
