| 摘 要： | 大学生是承载着家庭和国家未来期望的特殊群体。目前，由于大学生的成长环境变得日趋复杂，他们所受到的负面影响不断增大，心理健康水平逐步下降，不同程度的心理问题时而发生。研究大学生的心理问题及其成因，并提出应对措施，具有一定的现实意义。
