| 摘 要： | 按生产要素贡献分配是市场经济的客观要求,它有利于生产效率的提高,促进经济的发展,但是同时也可能带来居民收入差距的扩大,影响分配公平的实现,应建立和完善分配调节机制,缩小或减缓居民收入差距的扩大.具体措施包括:提高财政收入比重;深化税制改革;加大政府转移支出等.

| Abstract: | Distribution according to factors of production is objective demand of market economy system. It is conducive to enhance productivity and improve economic development. But it also leads to inequality of income. So we should establish and perfect distribution system in order to reduce inequality of income. Such concrete measures may be taken: increase in the proportion of fiscal income, deepening of the taxation system and increase of the expenditure of governmental transfer. |
