杨凌农业科技示范的效应、问题与对策

杨凌的科技示范工作通过农业科技成果的转化,增加了农民收入,创新了组织形式,推进了农业产业化,促进了农村发展,打造了杨凌品牌,实现了经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的协调发展。但科技示范还存在力量分散、农民接受方式未改变、农民难于应对市场等问题。应进一步发挥杨凌示范区科技、人才、信息优势,加快区域农业产业一体化的建设,探索新的农民组织、农业经济合作形式,突出做好农民培训工作,构建政府、大学、企业三位一体的新型农业科技推广体系。

Results,Problems and Countermeasures About Agricultural Sci-tech Demonstration in Yangling

The transformation of agricultural sci-tech achievements of Yangling Demonstration Zone has increased income of farmers, innovated the form of organization,promoted agricaltural industrialization,propelled the development of rural areas,made the brand of Yangling.What's more,it has promoted the harmonious increase of social,economic and ecologic benefits.But there are still some problems such as the decentralized power,the unchanged ways for farmers to accept new sci-tech knowledge,and the difficulty for farmers to deal with the changes of market.Therefore,Yangling Demonstration Zone should exert its superiority in sci-tech,talents information,ete to speed up the integrated industrial development,innovate the patterns for farmer organizations and agro-economic cooperations,strengthen training work for farmers,establish new agricaltural sci-tech popularization system with the integrated help of government,universities and enterprises.
