摘    要:随着知识经济的快速发展,现代企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,企业之间的竞争已转向了以企业文化为中心的无形资产的竞争.企业必须将文化力与经济力相结合,实施企业文化战略.企业文化战略是知识经济时代企业制胜的法宝.

Abstract:Stepping into the twenty-first century,the human society begins a new era---the era of knowledge economy.With the rapid development of knowledge economy,the competition in modern corporations is becoming more and more keen.Now the competition has turned to the rivalry between f intangible assets whose center is corporation culture.Hence,in order to meet the challenge of knwledge economy,a corporation must harmonize the power of culture and economy,carry out the strategy of corporation culture.An outstanding corporation must have excellent corporation culture.The strategy of corporation culture is a magic weapon of a corporation who want to succeed in the era of knowledge economy.This article proves this viewpoint from the three aspects mentioned below:firstly,the strategic status of corporation culture;secondly,the central function of corporation culture in the development of a corporation;thirdly,the three vital aspects of the strategy of corporation culture under the conditions of knowledge economy.
