| 摘 要： | 根据调查资料和有关文献资料，作者就我国的文化与自然遗产的保护与开发意义、存在问题等作了较为系统的分析。作者认为，要做好遗产的保护工作，应采取以下措施：借鉴国外的先进经验，加大投入，抢救重要遗产；完善法制、加强管理；保护与开发并举，有形与无形并举；提高服务质量，充分发挥文化与自然遗产的功能。

| Abstract: | Based on data of investigation and document, the author makes a systematic analysis on protecting and developing cultural and natural inheritance in China, its significance and existing problems. The author believes that we should take following measures: draw on foreign experience, increase input, save important inheritance, improve legal system, strengthen administration, carry on protection and development at the same time, develop concurrently tangible and intangible things, enhance quality of the service and give full play to the function of cultural and natural inheritance. |
