信息技术环境下高校科研团队建设途径研究

目前,针对我国高校科研团队建设中存在的问题,国内学者提出了相应的对策,但随着社会的发展和信息技术的广泛应用,信息技术也对高校科研团队的建设产生巨大影响,在这种背景下,必须寻求一条适应现代社会发展的高校科研团队建设新途径。信息技术促进了科研团队管理观和建设观的改革,为科研活动提供了技术支持,提高了团队能效。在信息技术环境下,高校科研团队的建设要打破地域限制和组织壁垒,要以高校信息化发展为导向,要大力加强计算机软硬件及网络资源建设,同时要提高科研人员的信息素养。

On the Way of Building Science and Research Teams in Universities and Colleges under IT Environment

Currently, some measures are presented to solve the problems of building science and technology teams in universities and colleges, with the development of society and the wide application of information technology （IT） , IT has an effect on team-building in universities and colleges. Under this situation,we must find a new way for team-building which adapt to the development of modem society. Information technology promotes the reform of management idea and construction concept, provides technical support for scientific research, improves the efficien- cy of teams. Under IT environment, team-building in universities and colleges must break the region restrict and the organizational barriers, is directed by the development of informatization, redouble efforts to boost computer soft-hard wares and network resources, improve information literacy and capability of the researchers.
