博客辅助顶岗实习管理系统的设计与应用简

高职院校顶岗实习持续时间较长，教学环境位于企业内，参加实习的学生具有双重身份。实习质量的好坏取决于对实习任务、实习学生、指导人员与实习环境四个要素的把握。博客（含微博）系统的引入能够很好地整合这四个要素，能跨越传统实习环境的局限，对加强校企合作，提高师生互动，提升实习学生团队协作意识与水平有着很大的帮助。

Design and Application of Blog and Microblog System in Assistance to the Internship Practice

Internship practice,usually carried out in enterprises,for students in higher vocational colleges are considered as playing dual roles. Its quality depends on the control of four elements：task,participants,instructors and environment. The introduction of blog（ including micro-blog）system into the internship practice can tran-scend the geographical limitations and integrate the real and virtual environment,which are useful for strengthe-ning the school-enterprise cooperation,improving the interaction between instructors and students,promoting students’teamwork awareness and level of practice.
