国际贸易生态化与中国生态文明建设的稳态分析简

随着国际贸易发展和全球一体化的迅速推进，全球经济的紧密关联已经使得贸易对环境的影响变得日趋重要，生态文明、美丽中国的发展理念必须对国际贸易生态化的影响加以考虑。研究生态资源的有效治理机制问题，可基于SES（社会-生态系统）分析框架的公共资源治理之道，立足于中国的现实，将国际贸易与环境规制的制度因素引入生态系统的综合治理框架，探讨SES框架下资源和环境保护的治理机制。国际贸易生态化是处理国际贸易对于生态环境影响的一种绿色理念，对于日益严重的生态危机，不仅要避免完全从技术层面寻求改变的途径，更应该避免仅着眼于问题的表象而不对其根源进行探讨的解决之道，力图从全球贸易的宏观视角和生态发展的长期维度，分析包括国际贸易在内的生态系统的综合治理机制。

Steady-State Analysis of Ecological International Trade and Chinese Ecological Civilization Construction

On account of closely related global economy,the impact of international trade on environment is be-coming increasingly important. Therefore,the influence of ecological international trade should be thought in the development concept of ecological civilization and beautiful China. For the problem of effective governance mech-anisms to ecological resources,based on the Social-Ecological-Systems analytical framework,according to China’s reality,the institutional factors of international trade and environmental regulation will be introduced in the com-prehensive governance structure of ecosystems,and the governance mechanisms for resources and environmental protection under the SES analysis framework is explored in order to provide policy advice for promoting Chinese ecological civilization construction from the perspective of international trade.
