| 摘 要： | 我国警务改革经历了萌芽、起步和发展几个时期,呈现出诸多自身的特点,它反映了经济、政治、科技对警务改革的影响。站在新起点,我国警务改革应当遵循警务变革的规律,以民生警务、法治警务和智能警务为方向,重点处理好警务管理层级、警务信息化、社区乡村警务、治安防控体系等问题。

| Abstract: | It has undergone three stages of embryo, development and improvement in the Policing Reform of Chi- na, which presents its own characteristics and reflects the impact of economy, politics, science and technology to it. The policing reform should follow its rules in our country, which insists the reform direction of minsheng-orien- ted policing, smart policing and policing ruled by law, and solve the key problems such as the level of policing management, policing information, community and rural policing, the public security system for crime prevention and control. |
