论网络视域下的民粹主义思潮

网络民粹主义是民粹主义政治思潮在网络空间形成与传播的结果,以极端平民化为主要特点。当前中国处于社会转型期,利益分化产生一系列社会问题和矛盾,促使部分人的心理状态发生转变,在网络技术支持下,滋生出具有双刃剑作用的网络民粹主义。一方面它在维护弱势群体、促进社会公平正义、打击贪污腐败等方面起到正面作用,但另一方面它也会产生削弱政府公信力、分裂社会阶层、妨害司法公正、引发群体性事件等众多消极作用,因此对网络民粹主义需要引起足够重视,找到消解网络民粹主义负面影响的对策至关重要。

Populism Thought on the Internet

The primary characteristic of the populism is its extreme populist. The network populism is the result of populism formation and propagation in the network space. Chinese society is in the process of transforming now,interest differentiation produces a serious of problems and contradictions, bringing a tremendous changes of some people. With the help of the internet technology, the double-edged network populism is caused. On the one hand, it could protect the rights of the disadvantaged, maintain social fairness and justice, combat corruption. On the other hand, it also could undermine the credibility of the government and divide social class, even destroy the judicial justice and result in the mass incidents. It is very important to pay great attention and find the counter- measures to the network populism.
