城镇化进程中农业转移人口的职业教育研究简

推进城镇化建设，实现农村剩余劳动力的有效转移，不仅能够解决我国的“三农”问题，而且为我国经济持续增长提供了内在动力。然而，当前农业人口向市民转化进程缓慢，城镇化质量不高。究其原因，农业转移人口缺乏竞争性的职业技能。为此，要通过提升农村社区居民素质教育、企业订单式培训、培养区域能工巧匠、加强“两后生”职业技能培养等多种职业教育途径，提高农业转移人口的综合素质和技能水平，促进新型城镇化的快速发展和社会经济的稳步增长。

On Vocational Education for Transfer of Agricultural Population in the Process of Urbanization

promoting urbanization can achieve the effective transfer of agricultural surplus labor. It not only solves the issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area,but also provides the intrinsic motivation for Chinese eco-nomic growth. Currently,transfer of agricultural population to citizens is slow,and the urbanization level is low. Therefore,the paper proposes some vocational education ways,for example,promoting quality-oriented education for community residents in rural area,introducing the ordering training of enterprise,cultivating regional skilful craftsman,and improving professional skills of high school graduates and junior high school graduates. These ways will continuously enhance transfer of economy and promote social economy.
