| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工已经成为我国产业工人大军中最具有活力的生力军，是未来10到20年我国重要的人力资源，在社会经济发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。关注新生代农民工市民化过程中遇到的问题，保障他们的各项权益，需要学者在理论上进一步研究，国家在政策制度上进一步完善和支持。

| Abstract: | The new generation of migrant workers has become the most dynamic force in China ’s industrial workers,is important human resources in the future 10 years to 20 years,it will play an irreplaceable important role in social and economic development. Concerning about the new generation of migrant workers encountered in the process,protecting their rights and interests need further research in theory,the state policy and institutional support need to be perfected. |
