| Abstract: | The blundering wrong body movement in each phase of Fosbury Folp （ Approach （ or run - up）, take - off, over- bar and touch down） has been analyzed in this article. The correspondent reasons have been discussed to find a method to solve the problem and to provide a theory for the better exercise of Fosbury Flop. |
