薄壁零件加工工艺研究

摘    要:针对薄壁零件刚性差,在加工过程中易发生加工变形和切削振动等问题,本文通过改变工件装夹方式,选择合适切削刀具,采用最佳切削工艺等措施,实现了薄壁零件的高速切削。这种加工技术生产效率高,加工表面质量好,环境污染小,符合现代绿色加工的发展趋势。

Abstract:As for the features of thin-wall parts,such as low rigidity,prone to produce deformation and vibration in machining process,this paper deals with a high speed cutting technique,which is realized by changing the clamp form,choosing the proper cutting tool and using the best cutting techniques,etc.Experimental study shows that this processing technique with high efficiency,good surface quality,low environmental pollution,conforms to the development trend of modern green process.
