| 摘 要： | 跨境破产管理人制度是国际破产法中的一项重要制度,对于保证跨境破产程序的顺利进行具有重要作用。但目前跨境破产管理人制度还不够完善,涉及该内容的破产法也不多。文章介绍了国外跨境破产管理人制度的有关内容,在此基础上阐述了我国设立跨境破产管理人制度的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Cross border insolvency system is the international insolvency law is an important system,For ensuring the smooth cross-border insolvency proceedings is important.But cross-border insolvency regime is still not perfect,Involved in the bankruptcy law is not much content.This article describes the system of foreign cross border insolvency related content,on this basis,the establishment of expounded China＇s basic system of cross border insolvency path. |
