| 摘 要： | 网络伦理危机是传统伦理道德与网络社会撞击激荡所产生的负面后果,严重制约着网络的正常发展。为建立规范有序的网络社会,必须从国际、国内、组织和个人四个层次加强网络管理主体的建设,最终实现网络管理的全球共建和人群网络观念的伦理道德化。

In order to establish a normative and orderly Internet society, the construction of the administrative body must be strengthened from the international, domestic, organizational and individual levels to realize a globalized joint Internet administration and greatly improve people's cyberethic. |
