我国幼儿教师形象认知变迁研究——基于近二十年新浪、搜狐与腾讯新闻报道的内容分析

摘    要:对2001-2020年新浪、搜狐、腾讯三大网站关于幼儿教师形象的报道进行内容分析,发现二十年来我国幼儿教师形象认知内容从关注师表形象到关注师德形象,认知态度从正面报道为主到以负面倾向占据主导,认知期待从幼儿教师养育者形象向幼儿教师专业者形象过度。探究认知变化背后的原因发现:国家相关政策颁布拓展形象认知;媒体语言“象征性权力”滥用误导形象认知;社会大众育儿观念变化反刍形象认知。今后需增强正面报道、加强媒介素养教育,增强对幼师职业的全面认知,培养大众科学育儿观,多方协同塑造新时代幼儿教师良好新形象。

Abstract:This research makes content analysis of three websites which are Sina,Sohu and Tencent to talk about kindergarten teach?ers imagebetween 2010-2020 and it shows that the cognitive content of Chinese media on the image of kindergarten teachers in the past 20 years has changed as following:before the mass media paid attention to outward appearance and performance of teachers while it focuses more on teachers’ethics now,before the cognitive attitude of the mass media was positive reporting while now it is more neg?ative reporting;before the cognitive expectation of the mass media wask indergarten teachers’foster image while now it is more on kin?dergarten teachers’professional image.This paper explored reasons of these cognitive changes and it found out that:the state-related policies that issued has promoted media cognition changed;the“symbolic power”abuse of media language mislead image cognition;the public’s concept of parenting changes and ruminates on image cognition.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen positive reports,strengthen media literacy education,enhance the comprehensive understanding of kindergarten teachers career,cultivate the public's scientific concept of parenting,and coordinate to create a good new image of kindergarten teachers in the new era.
