幼儿园教师游戏组织智慧的构成与生成路径

摘    要:由于幼儿园游戏的开放性,儿童会有很多的创意行为,教师如何应对以满足儿童需要和促进儿童发展,需要教师的智慧。教师组织游戏的智慧以德性为根基,以知识、能力和情感为主体,以经验为搅拌器,不断地交融整合,走向丰富、融通、共生。教师游戏组织智慧需要通过投入情感、加强学习、重视实践、善于反思等途径得以提高。

The Construction and Production of Teacher’s Wisdom in the Organization of Plays in Kindergarten

Abstract:Owing to the openness of kindergarten plays,children can develop a lot of creative behaviors.Teachers’wisdom is needed to meet children’s needs and promote children’s development.The wisdom of teachers to organize plays is based on virtue,with knowledge,ability and emotion as the main body,experience as the mixer.These factorsconstantly blend and integrate towards enrichment,accommodation and symbiosis.The wisdom of teacher inplay organization needs to be improved by investing in emotion,strengthening learning,attaching importance to practice and being good at reflection.
