| 摘 要： | 中国农业发展应适应市场经济的要求 ,加强区域间的市场合作 ,展示各地农业比较优势 ;同时 ,对于国计民生的重要农产品应给以支持和保护 ,构建中国特色的农业支持保护体系。该文探讨了中国农业发展的比较优势和保护选择 ,主张农业宏观政策应实施在充分展示比较优势的基础上有选择保护的农业发展政策

| Abstract: | The agricultural development of China should adapt to the demand of market economy. The market cooperations between areas should be strengthened and the comparison advantage of agriculture of different areas should be showed. The important agricultural products of national economy and the people's livelihood should be supported and protected,and the system of support and protection on agriculture with Chinese characteristics should be established. This paper analyzes the comparison advantage and protective selection of agricultural development in China.It maintains that on the basis of fully revealed comparison advantage,agricultural macroscopical policy should carry out a policy of agricultural development with protective selection. |
