| 摘 要： | 学报编辑要慧眼识文,首先应当培养一双以学术的视角服务于人民、国家和社会的政治慧眼;其次要培养一双“视学术为生命、有深广学术功力”的学者慧眼;其三要培养一双“思想深邃、字斟句酌”的编辑学家慧眼,努力修炼成一名学养深厚、思维严密、服务人民的可敬学者与编辑学家。

| Abstract: | If a journal editorwants to have an insightful mind,firstly,he should cultivatepolitical insight that servesthe people,nation and society from the scientific point of view.Secondly, he should cultivate scholasticinsight,withwhich he regards the science as his life and have a deep and wide academic ability.Finally,he should cultivateeditorial insight,with which he has deep thought andconsiders every word carefully.And he should endeavorto become a respectablescholar and editor who haveprofound knowledge and strict thoughtand serve the people. |
