| 摘 要： | 危机决策是影响危机管理成败的关键,掌握足够的信息是实现有效决策的前提,因此信息系统的建立和健全在很大程度上影响着国家和社会的稳定和发展。本文拟对政府在危机决策中信息系统的构建及信息系统管理在政府危机决策的作用进行研究。
