| 摘 要： | 区域经济发展是建设创新型国家的重要内容,提出从区域智力资本的视角研究区域经济发展规律.在国内外相关研究成果的基础上,给出区域智力资本的定义、构成和基本特征,分析了区域智力资本理论在区域经济研究中的价值,并分析了欧盟国家智力资本研究的方法和主要结论以及对中国的启示.

| Abstract: | Regional economic development is the important content in the course of the construction of China's innovation oriented country.The paper puts forward that to research the rule of regional economic development from the angle of view of regional intellectual capital(RIC),the definition,components and the basic characteristics of RIC are presented based on the analyses of the related research papers.The paper demonstrates the theoretical value of the theory of RIC to study regional economy,and analyzes the methods and main conclusions from the studying of the RIC of European Union and the enlightenment to China. |
