| 摘 要： | 随着原有高校分配制度的解体,市场化的就业体制逐步形成,处于这种择业制度转型期的大学生在择业过程中普遍存在着从众心理。对大学生择业过程中出现的诸如功利心理、安全心理、求“名”心理、害怕失败心理等盲目从众心理现象和危害进行了分析,并提出了帮助大学生树立正确择业观的应对措施:借助职业心理理论进行科学的自我分析;正视现实,敢于竞争;积极进取,不怕挫折;转变观念,放眼未来。

| Abstract: | With former distribution system of higher education institute disintegrating and marketing system of employment gradually appearing,it is universal for students who are experiencing the transient period to have multitude-followed mentality in the process of choosing jobs.The paper analyses the phenomena and the harm of the multitude-followed mentality,then put forward with some counter-measures for them to establish a healthy view of choosing jobs. |
