| 摘 要： | 农村青壮年劳动力外出务工,是我国由传统社会向现代社会转变的必然,是我国工业化、城市化快速发展阶段涌现出来的现象.在新的历史阶段,湖南农村青壮年劳动力外出务工情况正呈现出规模化、年轻化、性别失衡化的态势.导致青壮年劳动力外出务工的主要原因依次为经济原因、发展原因和个人生活和态度的影响等.劳动力大量外流对新农村建设的影响是双重的,对当前产生的负面作用和引起的一系列问题应引起足够的关注.
