| Abstract: | Credit is indispensable with the development of economy and society.During the process of the establishment of personal credit system,natural person bankruptcy system is playing a very important role in balancing interests,resolving conflicts,promoting the development of credit system and protecting the social security.It is necessary to establish natural person bankruptcy system to perfect the market economy,and establish natural person bankruptcy system in bankruptcy law. |
