我国的授权立法制度

授权立法在当代已发展成为一项重要的法律制度。我国在实践上也大量采用授权立法 ,但是这项制度在我国一直缺乏有效的法律规制。《立法法》出台以后 ,确认了一些授权立法的具体规则 ,然而作为一项制度 ,授权立法在我国仍然需要不断的完善。探讨我国授权立法的现状 ,《立法法》中确认的授权立法规则 ,以及我国授权立法制度的完善等问题。

On the system of authorized legislation of our country

Authorized legislation has been an important system today.Our country also wildly adopted authorized legislation in practice,but lack of valid regulation all the while.After the Legislative Law has been promulgated,some concrete rules were confirmed.However,authorized legislation of our country still needs to be continuously perfected as a system.This article will inquire into the problem about the status of authorized legislation of our contry,rules confirmed in the Legislative Law,and how to perfect the system of authorized legislation.
