| Abstract: | There is a contract relationship between scientific reserch administrative departments and scientifie research personnes,which can be explained by the incomplete contract theory.The incomplete contract relationship hetween universities＇ scientific research administrations and scientific research personnel can be illustrated in terms of the subjects＇ features ,scientific projects and scientific resarch personnel involved in universitities＇ scientific research. |
