高校个性化就业指导工作的难点与解决途径

摘    要:大学生就业存在较大的差异性,高校在就业指导上应创新模式,完成从统一化的就业指导向个性化的就业指导转变。文章指出个性化的就业指导是帮助大学生顺利就业的有效途径,并针对其中存在的教学双方对个性化就业指导认识不到位、师资队伍建设滞后、理论和实践经验缺乏、服务意识落后等难点问题,从构建个性化就业指导的核心、基础、重点、保障四方面进行了相应的对策探讨。

Abstract:Considering the varied orientation of employment among university students,employment instruction should accordingly update its model from uniform guidance to individualized counselling.This paper points out that the latter is an effective model to help students obtain jobs,more efforts are to be made concerning the recognition of the neccesity of reform,the sore need for qualified instuctors with adequate theory and practice and the readiness to help.Suggestions are put forward in terms of the core,the foundation,the emphasis and gaurantee of individulized counselling.
