| Abstract: | The author discusses the differences between the criteria and the requirements of proof in lawsuit and points out the defects in the criteria of proof in the Law of Civil Procedure of China. The author concludes that we should set up the criteria of "high probability" in legislation and carry out the necessary reform in the existing system. |
